Each A-bike unit sold on this site is packaged with a
warranty and service information. MHM Marketing Co. Ltd., a
distributor of the A-bike provides this warranty. The
warranty period is effective for 6 months from date of
purchase. All implied warranties are limited in duration
to the six (6) months warranty period. Any such implied
warranties including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or otherwise, are disclaimed in their
entirety after the expiration of the appropriate warranty
period. MHM Marketing Co. Ltd.'s obligation under the warranty is
strictly and exclusively limited to the repair or
replacement of defective parts and the return of the
product to the customer. MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. does not assume or
authorize anyone to assume for them any other obligation.
MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for incidental,
consequential or other damages including, but not limited
to expense of returning the product to MHM Marketing Co.
Ltd., loss of
use of product and loss of time or inconvenience. Any part
of the product supplied by MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. and found in the
reasonable judgment of MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. to be defective in
material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced by
MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. without charge for parts or labour. This
warranty does not cover any MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. product that has
been subject to misuse, negligence or accident; or that
has been operated in any way contrary to or not following
the operating instructions as specified in the Daka User
Manual or any statements and documents of similar effect;
or where damage is caused by improper maintenance; or has
been altered or modified or used in combination with other
unauthorised items; or where repairs is necessary due to
normal wear and tear; or where damage or repair is
necessary due to the use of parts or accessories which are
either incompatible with the MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. product or
adversely affect its operation, performance or durability.
MHM Marketing Co. Ltd. reserves the right to change or improve the
design of any product without assuming any obligation to
modify any product previously manufactured. MHM Marketing
reserve the right to replace products became defective
within the warranty period.
Before returning your item(s) for repair, contact Customer
Service Center at email@example.com to obtain RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return
address. The RMA number is valid for twenty-one (21)
business days and void thereafter. We ask that returned
item(s) must be in their original factory condition with
original packaging, materials, parts, accessories,
manuals, etc. A receipt must accompany all returns. The
RMA number must be clearly stated on the return item(s).
We cannot and will not accept returns, of any type,
without a RMA number.
