| What is the return policy? |

purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to provide 100%

| How do I return an item? |

| Before returning your item(s), please email to our Customer Service Center within 7 days to obtain a RMA number
(Return Merchandise Authorization Number). You must have
your proof of purchase. The RMA number is valid for twenty-one
(21) business days and void thereafter. The RMA number
must be clearly stated on the return item(s). Return the
item(s) to: Innovation Outlet Customer Service Center
#:_________________ We cannot and will not accept returns,
of any type, without a RMA number. We ask that returned
item(s) must be in their original factory condition with
original packaging, materials, parts, accessories, manuals,
etc. A proof of purchase must accompany all returns.You
are responsible for all shipping charges, export taxes,
custom and excise duties associated with the shipping
of returned item(s) to our customer service center. |
